Your orders will be delivered to cargo within 5-7 “business” days after bank approval is received. Depending on the distance of the delivery address to fanself Depo, the contracted cargo companies will deliver your order to you within 1-3 days.

All of the products on fanself.com are personalized by you. This personalization is determined by your request to print your name, surname and/or number.

If your order on fanself.com will be a special day gift for a loved one, please calculate the number of days the order will be shipped. It is our last wish to upset you and your loved ones on your special days.

In case of a mishap caused by us, we will contact you based on your membership information. For this reason, it is important that your membership information is complete and correct. Delivery is not made on holidays and holidays.

All of the products you have selected will be delivered to you by our contracted Domestic Cargo, Aras Cargo or MNG Cargo companies.

You will be notified of your purchase via a confirmation e-mail. If any of the products you have selected is not available in stock, an e-mail will be sent to you regarding the subject and you will be notified of the date when the product will first enter the stocks.
