RETURN POLICY
Since your order for a wet signed jersey is a personalized product, we cannot offer a return, cancellation or exchange option. Pursuant to Article 15, subparagraph b of the Regulation on Distance Contracts as directed by Article 48, paragraph 6 of the Consumer Law, "Contracts for goods prepared in line with the wishes or personal needs of the consumer." are within the scope of the exception of the Right of Withdrawal.
Since you make every choice from the type of jersey to the gender, from the size to the football player whose signature you want and the place of the signature, you personalize the product. For example; You have chosen Edin Dzeko signed men's jersey, XL size, navy blue jersey and you want the signature on the back of the jersey. This is how the product is personalized by you.
If the product you ordered is different from the product delivered to you, we initiate the exchange process if the appropriate conditions are met. We also exchange the product in case of any tear, printing error, wrong or missing signature. In terms of product return and replacement conditions, applications are essential in accordance with the Law No. 4077 on the Protection of Consumers. In your return transactions, in order to ensure that your return can be realized quickly by the operation side and not to cause any disruption, you can create a return request in the My Returns section by logging in as a member, put the invoice together with the product or products you have received and deliver it to the cargo company we have contracted within 14 days from the date of receipt, with the buyer's payment. (Your cargo code will be sent to you immediately after the return request is made).
If you have ordered from fanself.com without being a member, you must send your e-mail containing your return request to [email protected] or contact our call center by specifying your Name-Surname, Order Number and e-mail number and mobile phone number. The product or products you want to return are returned as used, undamaged and unpacked, otherwise returns are not accepted.
In order to check the contents of the cargo, you must first perform the receipt process against signature. We would like to remind you to check your cargo under the supervision of the courier who makes the delivery against damage that may occur during transportation.
If there is any damage and/or missing product, please contact us via our call center (0850 307 62 57) and please keep a record and return your damaged and/or missing order and products in a protected manner. Otherwise, you are deemed to have accepted that there is no problem during transportation.
Our company (fanself) does not accept any responsibility for your orders that are not checked and for which you do not keep a report due to the failure to fulfill the proof condition.
In unusual cases such as missing/wrong products, please have the courier keep a record by comparing the products in your package with your invoice and contact us via our call center at 0850 307 62 57 or [email protected], we promise to compensate you as soon as possible! Cash (EFT / Money Order) and Credit Card refunds will be made within 10 business days. Your bank may not reflect credit card refunds to your account on the same day. In this case, you need to call your bank's credit card service. After the "Canceled" warning about your order appears, the entire amount will be refunded to your credit card or your bank to which you made a transfer. Refunds made in installment sales are reflected by your bank to your credit card as a plus balance every month.
