Your orders will be shipped within 20 business days after bank approval. During championship or national team breaks, an additional 5 to 10 business days will be added to this period. Depending on the distance of the delivery address from the fanself warehouse, our contracted shipping companies will deliver your order to you within 1-3 days. 

All products available on fanself.com are personalized by you. This personalization includes the type of jersey, size, gender, which player or players' signatures will be included, and whether the signature will be on the front or back of the jersey, all of which are determined by you. All products on fanself.com that bear the signatures of the players are personally signed by the players themselves. The signatures are definitely not printed signatures but “wet signatures.” Along with the signed jerseys you have ordered, you will also receive an “Authenticity and Validity Certificate” belonging to the club, which will also be sent to you signed.

It is important to note that the day and time when the footballers will sign your order is determined by the club's technical staff. Therefore, it takes 20 business days for the order to be shipped.  There is one important point we would like to remind you of! If the order you place on fanself.com is a special gift for a loved one, please calculate the number of days it will take for the order to be shipped. It is our last wish to disappoint you and your loved ones on your special days. In the event of any issues on our part, we will contact you using your membership information. Therefore, it is important that your membership information is complete and accurate. Deliveries are not made on holidays and public holidays.
